James (Jim) Gill is a Certified Public Accountant and Manager with more than twenty five years of experience in financial and managerial accounting, revenue stream management, budgeting, cost controls, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, bank and investor relations, business and tax strategic planning. Prior to joining Francis & Company, Jim served as President and Chief Financial Officer for Pacific Northwest Title Holding Company. He also held the role of Vice President and Corporate Tax Manager for a large interstate bank and tax manager for Price Waterhouse.
